Like all my layouts, it is simple to recolor.

It should, but I haven’t updated it in years. If you are interested in a 2 column fixed-width skin, I would recommend the (aptly named) 2-column skin http://www.made-by-kali.com/2010/02/25/2-column-and-friends-4-new-skins-for-efiction-3-5-2/
