Sometimes, I find myself unable to come up with a good mantra when I’m trying to relax or meditate. Now, I’ve started to use the bizarre topics of the spam e-mails I receive in order to kick start my deep thoughts. Here are a few of my favorites to ponder.

Is buttermilk my conceit
A myself catatonia
No barbeau at legitimate
The mazomanie of suppress
Be inhalation itself waspish
No notorious is preemptor
Or miraculous from rubdown
As my yarmulke
Is sane it watchband
