Paid To Click - Paid to Surf - Are they scams? http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/27/paid-to-click-paid-to-surf-are-they-scams/ http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/27/paid-to-click-paid-to-surf-are-they-scams/#comments Sun, 27 Apr 2008 15:22:42 +0000 Kali http://www.made-by-kali.com/?p=208 Total Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post, but I do stand to benefit if you click on my referral link.

A couple of people have asked me about paid to surf programs after I posted about CashDuck.

So I did a little research, and most of the people I’ve talked to haven’t been scammed by their paid-to-surf/paid-to-click, it’s just they didn’t really make that much money. At only a few cents per click, you have to click twenty times to make $1. If takes quite a bit of time to make money, but there’s no capital investment. Still, do research on each site before you join.

The secret to paid to surf or paid to click programs is that you don’t make your money off of doing the actual surfing yourself, you make your money by referring other people to the program and getting a percentage of their earnings. If you convince a few friends or family to join, you’ll make about 10% of what they make on the average. So if your mom is an overzealous clicker and makes $50 in a month, you’d get about $5 of that. Chances are, however, that most of your referrals will never click a single link or they will give up on the program within a few weeks.

Like CashDuck, you won’t be able to make a living off of Paid to Surf referral programs unless you have a large site with a ton of visitors or a massive newsletter. On the other hand, free money is free money.

Pay2Surft.net is my paid-to-surf of choice. The payout is between $.09 to $.40 per click and the referral payout is 15% I’m not making enough to quit my dayjob, but it’s enough to pay my hosting bills and domain registrations.

Garlicky Meatballs Recipe http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/26/garlicky-meatballs-recipe/ http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/26/garlicky-meatballs-recipe/#comments Sat, 26 Apr 2008 22:21:23 +0000 Kali http://www.made-by-kali.com/?p=206 These are a favorite of mine, because there are so many ways to serve them, it really stretches the meat and the leftovers are fabulous. Each half pound of meat will serve 3-4 (~12 meatballs/3 meatballs per serving)

For each 1/2 lb of ground beef, you will need…

  • 1 egg
  • 3-4 slices of white bread or 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 half onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp garlic
  • 1/4 Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  1. Heat 1-2 tsp of olive oil in a large saucier or sauce pan
  2. Dump all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, wash your hands and get to mixing with your hands. If you are using the bread, make sure it’s well broken up and mixed in.
  3. Form balls the size of a golf ball and brown on all sides in the pan.

At this point, you have several options.

  1. You can finish the meatballs in the oven and freeze them.
  2. You can add a can or two of spaghetti sauce (I doctor mine with garlic and italian seasoning) and either
    • Serve over pasta
    • Serve on a roll with a slice of mozzarella or provolone.
  3. Continue frying until done, slice in half and serve in a pita.

You can also make them half-sized and serve them as cocktail food with warmed tomato sauce. Or leave out the garlic and parmesan and serve them with sweet and sour sauce or…

Bleach Painted Parasol on Ebay http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/23/bleach-painted-parasol-on-ebay/ http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/23/bleach-painted-parasol-on-ebay/#comments Wed, 23 Apr 2008 16:26:55 +0000 Kali http://www.made-by-kali.com/?p=204 Bleach ParasolI put up one of my painted parasols on ebay. It is slightly off-model, hence the low starting price, but perfectly usable. This one, if you can’t tell from the post title is from a design in the anime / manga Bleach. From my understanding it is from the 4th squad. I don’t know, I just paint what people tell me to. ^_^ If it doesn’t sell on ebay, I will take offers for it.

Make Money At Home - Cashduck http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/15/make-money-at-home-cashduck/ http://www.made-by-kali.com/2008/04/15/make-money-at-home-cashduck/#comments Tue, 15 Apr 2008 17:02:25 +0000 Kali http://www.made-by-kali.com/?p=202 So a couple of people know that I do the whole “make money from home” thing with cashduck.

It’s the most honest one of these “fill our surveys, complete trials, shop at home” websites around. Cashduck is free to join and there are quite a few freebie offers so if you’re the type who doesn’t want to do any of the trial offers, like me, you can still make some money.

Will you make as much as a full time job doing this? Not really. But I’ve made some nice pocket money just doing the freebies over the last year, and you can too. Just tell them ‘kaligoddess’ sent you.

THE USA WAS NOT FOUNDED ON CHRISTIANITY. THE US HAS NO OFFICIAL RELIGION. CHRISTIANS IN THE US ARE NOT BEING PERSECUTED*, SO SIT DOWN AND STFU!

At least the ladies and gents of Stupid Free give me hope for humanity.

*Yes, Christians in some other countries are persecuted. Those countries are not the US. 80% of Americans say they are “Christian”, the other 20% really don’t have much leeway to persecute you.
